Hi, I'm Erin, founder and owner of Flourish & Flow Mendo and an instructor of Buti Yoga, Hot Pilates, and sound healing experiences.
Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing soccer and basketball and later enjoyed coed softball and running. In 2012, I began focusing on my own health through nutrition and at home workouts, and in 2017 I discovered group fitness. I quickly fell in love with the energy and sense of community that comes from moving together.
My passion for health extends beyond fitness. I studied Integrative Nutrition through IIN and am a certified Health Coach. I am also a certified Breathwork Facilitator. I continue to expand my education through advanced breathwork training, yoga, Pilates, and other holistic wellness practices. I believe food plays an important role in overall health and that our bodies have an incredible ability to heal when given the proper support.
In 2020, I stopped drinking alcohol as part of my own health journey. That experience strengthened my commitment to learning about wellness and making choices that support long term health.
I tend to be a go, go, go kind of person, but I've learned that slowing down and caring for yourself is just as important as staying active. That balance is something I strive to bring into both my classes and my daily life.
In 2023, after navigating the transition to becoming an empty nester, I founded Flourish & Flow Mendo with a vision of creating a welcoming space where people could come together, move their bodies, and support one another. My goal was to build a community where there is truly something for everyone, regardless of age, experience level, or fitness background. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the friendships, confidence, and sense of belonging that grow within our community.
My goal is simple: to help people feel welcome, supported on their journey, and proud of what their bodies can do.
