Christina shares her passion for movement through Buti Movement and Strength Training classes. She has always loved group classes, being challenged, trying new things, and meeting fellow fitness friends, which is what draws her to instructing at the studio and getting to know all the new friends that come in.

Students will receive positive encouragement in her classes to try new movements, increase weights, or move however suits them in that moment, honoring what feels right in their body, all to the playlist bumping through the speakers that day.

Life is so dynamic, and it is important that we train our bodies to be just as dynamic, mobile, strong, and flexible, which is a major focus in Christina's classes.
